President of Kelly General Contracting, Ryan Kelly, has 10+ years of experience in the SWFL construction industry. During this time, Ryan has had the opportunity to work with multiple successful Southwest Florida (SWFL) construction companies. With humble beginnings doing concrete labor work, Ryan was quickly promoted to a senior construction management position where the focus was large commercial builds, owner-contract execution, and acting as a liaison for owners and owner’s reps amongst other managerial tasks.
Working for strong companies along the way, Ryan was able to develop effective and efficient business operating systems which he has adapted to his current company. After passing the General Contractor test in 2015, Ryan has been working with SWFL construction leaders and continuing his hands-on education in industry minutia.
